after that i run a register cleaner to my pc i have a black screen

i run a register cleaner on my computer and after i restart my computer don't want to work and i try to boot in safe mode and regular mode and don't start i have a black screen and and the little ligth next to the power looks like a barrel is not responding like always

i assume you mean registry cleaner?
