I am trying to wipe my system and redownload the windows again but I do not know how to get the rest of the softwares that make my sound, video, etc. work properly, I would like to know how can I do this? I have a IBM Desktop.

first u should have mother board drivers cd or u should know ur chipset model other to download frm web

You can go to the manufacturer's website and under support or driver/software downloads you will find the correct drivers for your system..by following the links or inputs of what model you have
