I have not framed my question clearly in my entry. I am asking, as is usual, how to open and install this zip download.
When I tried to open and install it I came to the point where it shows on a window called 'Install' the following:
counter ........
counter.sql 2 kB
counter.zip 1 KB
sql_parse.php 5 KB
Now what do I do to install this application or program called 'Counter'?
Could it be that nothing happens to my several clicks on these 3 items because my laptop is running on old pentium II?
