Image Toolbar in Internet Explorer
Please help me understand the following instructions given in the article entitled:
How to Use the Image Toolbar and Automatic Image Resizing Feature in IE

How to Activate or Deactivate the Image Toolbar
1. Press your arrow keys to choose Internet Options on the Tools menu in Internet Explorer.
2. Press spacebar to check the Enable Image Toolbar (requires restart) check box to activate it On the Advanced tab.
3. Press enter on the OK button to apply the settings
In case my questions seem daft please forgive my ignorance as I am new to IT.
Is it imperative that Internet Options be obtained through Tools Menu in Internet Explorer?
In number 2 above how does the 'spacebar' act on the Advanced Tab?
Please help me resolve this first, before I go over to the rest of the article.
