iv had this problem ... its was reat anoying ..
itwas also on a frends pc id rebuilt ,

was painfully simple ..
1st#
start>run>
at the 'open:'
prompt type "msiexec /unreg "
hit ENTER
2nd#
start>run>
type: "msiexec /regserver "
hit ENTER

ur done install at will
