Default Directing Live Streaming to my website????

Hello again everyone,

I found software that will instantly upload my webcam to my FTP server. Now my question is, How do I get it on my website? It is a java6 format. I would really like it to be viewed through a Win Media skin. Can I do that? Do I have to create a new webpage to view it or can I insert a java script on an existing page? I'll continue to experiment more and poke around with my Frontpage Components, but sure could use some direction here...
