Default XP Recovery Console

At boot one of the options is the Recovery Console...but I do not have it in my OS.

"Installation: The recovery console is not installed by default (it's only 7 Mb), install from the W2K CD with the command: D:\i386\winnt32 /cmdcons. The recovery console can also be run from the Win 2K boot floppies."

It is not on my Install CD at that location. Could someone please contact me privately so that we can link up and you can send me the files...or can someone direct me to where I can download the setup files for that Console.
