Default COMPUTER is SLOW AND WILL EVENTUALLY NOT TURN ON.

My computer is very slow. It gets popups every second. and I think it may have been hijacked as well as contain viruses. I have an old, very old version of dell and i believe I have windows 98. I had it fixed before by a tech guy at my job. This was just in May. Now it is all messed up again. it is getting to the point that I will probably not be able to turn it on as this is what happened before. PLEASE HELP!
