Hello, if you still want to use the mobile mouse check with the manufacturers to see if it is either compatible with vista or has any driver updates for vista.

Alternatively, find one that works with Vista, a lot of people who have purchased vista have had to either wait for the manufacturers of their hardware to update the driver, or purchase new hardware. I had to wait for a driver for my wireless adapter from belkin.
