That's encouraging That sounds good, but doesn't the Chipset drivers have something to do with the Motherboard?
I apologize for my confusion on this. It's just that someone said that the Motherboard has to have the appropriate Chipsets to be able to recognize/read the XP drivers and stuff.
Perhaps so, perhaps not. I just want to be sure about this before I spend a lot more money on this.
I had posted some related information regarding this in a reply within this thread.
Acquiring a Vista DVD is still a sticking point and I hope that I can resolve that soon.
However, If I do install a 2nd hard drive and If, because of that, I do not have to install any Chipset drivers, or have to make any changes to my Motherboard, Bios or anything else within my existing hard drive, then would the need for a Vista DVD be essential?
