Samsung Monitor

I don't know if this question is posted to the correct area, but here goes.

I bought a Samsun SyncMaster 931c monitor and 29 days later it died. It was replaced and two weeks later we are haveing the same problem. At times the screen goes white while you are using the computer. At other times you turn the screen on and it is a series of white lines. After turning it off & on a few times the screen comes back to life.

Everything I have read says that this model should be an excellent monitor.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Has anyone else had problems with this monitor?
