Default Unable booting Windows XP in a Laptop

Hi All!

Need help in installing Windows XP through USB flash drive in my HP laptop. I successfully booted through my 512 mb flash drive with BartPE. After booting with BartPE, whenever I try to run XP setup from my laptop hard drive, after being copied all setup files, the setup window returns to the first screen of XP setup and can not boot from Hard drive. The CD rom of my laptop is out of order.
