trouble Web Cam

I recieved a Logitech web cam for christmas and I am able to use it with one of my sisters. but my other sister I can see her but she can not see me.We both have dell computers and both have windows xp. we both use aim . I have spoke to aol they closed all firewalls and still no good. We have spoke to Dell and they say it is my computer. We can send short videos to each other. But can not use the web cam cause she can not see me. Me and my other sister have no problems connecting..Can someone please help me with this...
