Pc Blue Need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!FAST!!!!

My windows 95 keeps saying

A Disk Read Error occoured
press ctrl+Alt+Del to restart

but now I am looking for a place that sells windows 95
so where do I go??????????
