Default Start up error popup

Whenever I start up my computer I get a
"Windows cannot find C:\WINDOWS\System32\System32.exe"
I think it is somehow link to the windows media player, because when ever i try to playa video clip using it i get a similiar message at the bottom of my screen.
Could Anyone PLEASE Help..
