You can always upgrade with Dell, they're good like that.
I bought my laptop (Dell CSx) for $350 canadian, it's not the greatest, but it will run my compilers and debuggers so it's good enough
plus it allowed me to write the Install Windows without Floppy/CD drive tutorial, lol
