Coz its cross platform and runs on OS X, Windows and Linux.

I'm also kinda irritated by the unconventional UI of WMP. Those guys should go to User Interface school - WMP is a usability blackhole.

I know, i know, skins are kewl!!! But even with the default skin, WMP's UI is too clunky.
