all usb cables will do this, it must be for
usb networking or
usb transfer. The cable will look funny, it will likely have a bulge in the middle, this acts as the
router or
switch for this method. I use one with my desktop and laptop all the time, i don't know what i would do without it.. it's so fast and the install takes only a minute or so, making it easy to connect my laptop to just about any computer
