Windows XP - NTLDR

Hi
got a message that Windows had to close and restart.
When restarting, got the following:
'NTDLR is compressed.
Press Control Alt Del to restart"
Doing as said, it comes to a loop and the same message is shown.
Cannot restart the computer.
