20/20 Image Capture Software - Error Msg
 

Does anyone have any experience using 20/20 image capturing software? I am having trouble getting it to capture a scrolling image (as in a website). It was working fine before I upgraded to IE 7.0. Now I am getting a message that reads "Unable to determine scroll properties. Make sure there is no animated content in the target window, and try again." To test, I also installed FireFox and attempting to capture a scrolling image -- just to see if it was the browser, but I got the same error.

Can't figure out if there is a setting I should be tweaking to get it to work again …
