2 hard drives

my computer shows 2 hard drives local c local f only got 1 hard drive on comp ? any help welcome. ty

You can have several partitions on a hard drive. The OS treats each partition as a hard drive.
most major manufacturers create a partition to store the recovery software, although this is usually D: or sometimes hidden.
