Laptop formatting failed add

i use dell laptop inspiron 510m.try to boot but the window shows me an hdd block error messge and unable to boot..i tried to check the error it says "error code F200:0244".
even i can't format it.it shows me the same error after i run the win xp installation cd.

please if u have any idea about how i can format the hdd,i am eagerly waiting?
