trouble immediate turn off

Hello everyone
From Yesterday i am facing a strange kinda problem. As soon as i turn on my computer, after hardly 10 secs it gets turn off and immediately if i try to turn on it gets turn on.
I know its not because of Processor and SMPS. I have never seen this kinda problem. Please if anyone have idea about this let me know the reason and solution.
