Default flash player,java script problems

hi all,

Im facing problems with flash pla yer and java script, although I installed Flash player 10 ver and my java script is also updated one, but still I cant watch videos on some websites, I have tried everything but still I cant watch,videos and movies, always message appears as 'either u need to download flash player or java script is turned off

Please please please, can anybody help me to fix this problem
