I'd have to go with Java as my favourite, because the main reason would be that I'm not all that familiar with C+ and C# and definately not a good in Delphi... so VB is definately easier though but, I don't seem to love it all that much.

ChatMod#1 like William says you can do a lot of things with the computer, programming is a little hard (and takes a while) so I think you should start of with something else... may be web programming? Like, JavaScript or html or PHP something like that. As far as I know it's also programming, but easier (to start off with) and that's how I got into programming.
