Exclamation 34 minutes..

Hello
I previously had windows 7 and i formatted it with windows xp bootable cd. After formatting, xp installation is stopped on "34 minutes remaining". There is no problem with CD and CD drive. What could be the issue due to which installation is halted and please someone could suggest me solution for this issue.
