This shows that, the program is running but in background only.
what i suspect too is a virus infection.
You firstly need to disable Auto run from your computer and try to scan the computer with a genuine anti virus(the scan should be Full). if you dont have antivirus and you cannot install it in your system due to the problem of the system, you can try slaving the hard disk to another computer with antivirus and scan..
