Unhappy XP will not boot.

XP will not boot because file ntoskrnl.exe is missing. I do not have my xp cd here. Is it possible to download xp on another computer to a 2gb usb flash drive without my xp cd rom? One working computer is a Lenovo netbook. The non working computer is a dell inspiron laptop. Both use xp OS.
