Default how will i reinstall xp on laptop dell lattitude c400

actually 2 questions i ve,
1.how will i reinstall xp on laptop dell lattitude c400/no drives
no usb support
2.i ve reinstalled xp home on desktop emachine 770 and even after download of all right drives in devicemanager i cant change resolution/pixels/
or any dpi/or any appearances on targa visionary monitor:ic on_sad::s confused:cheers from southwest ireland
