Thumbs up Dual boot Vista & Xp(Vista pre-installed):Xp halts- Rectified.

Solution: 'RUN' the 'bcdedit' and found in 'Windows Legacy OS Loader' device was 'unknown'. So run VistBootPro and fixed the same. Now both OS are fine.
