Default The sound on my PC doesn't work

Hi everyone,

Wondering if anybody can help. The sound on my PC suddenly stopped working. I have checked my device manager and the sound icons on there seem to say it's working properly (no yellow questions marks). I have also checked that I have a sound theme set and I do. I'm not sure what else to do... I am using Windows Vista
