Sorry but i do not help people bypass log in screens unless they are known members of long time standing who has supported this site.
FYI. It is extremely difficult to delete a user when they are logged in using the account. Windows will not allow it to be done and will deny access to deleting the file. In order to achieve such a feat means that one must have some knowledge of the operating system or had access to an application to perform deleting system files.

Another thing would be to understand that if you deleted the account then you removed any access to any files contained within that user profile as well.

So I am having a hard time in accepting this explanation.
My advice is to wipe the drive and reformat.
