Default What I did to solve d 'dial up connection option check box' problem

Some time ago, I complained that my desktop computer's 'dial up connection option's check box' was inactive. 1st I appreciate the effort from here to help me out. The only thing I did to solve the problem was to reformat the computer and everything became cute. Thanks.
