worn out instalation CD.

DEAR SYSCHAT FOLKS, i have a valid window XP 2000 SP2, CD, which is worn out, and its instalation is with errors, suggest solution to rectift this problem, however please keep in mind that my abode is accessable only through post, or phone, thanks.
