w982e loaded , no sound,

Thanks Robonut ,, was able to get a copy , and loaded allright,, Now have to search down why no sound. Checked cables etc/ Went to hardware manager, Shows yellow ! for PCI multimedial Audio device. Tried to find one on computer , no dice, went to Windows search , No dice.. Am I looking in the right places , is there somewhere else I can search ??
