Default leaking free space contnuosly on local [F] Disk; windows XP

I forgot to mention on my last post that I have Dell inspiron B130 with windows XP 2'nd edition. My last post on Sunday sept 28 was cocerning losing free space continuosly on my loca [F] Disk. I was wondering if I could somehow instruct any installation wizard or any installation wizard to download any software to my local[C] Disk, instead of my current default download disk, my sorry local [D] disk. There is plenty of free space on C disk 20.7GB.. My losal [d] Disk has only about 15MB. It just keeps losing free space no matter how many programs I delete.
