Windows Problem in sound system

SOUND SYSTEM PROBLEM_>

i have a problem in sound system.
I use windows xp (Sp-2)
All option in sound and audio Device properties is disable
mute option is disable
i have reinstall the audio driver . but the problem remain same what should i do?
is it the problem of registry ?
