I've got this Dell laptop I've had for several months now. The OS is VISTA. Why oh WHY! is
every single thing I open from Word, to the Internet, freeze with the message "Not Responding" coming up.
It eventually does respond in most cases but, come on! There's got to be something up that causes this to happen. I'm in an Instructional Technology class at University and my instructor just says, "Well, you're running VISTA." But this didn't always happen. Help me.
