Not a lot of info regarding operating system again.
Have you run anti malware software like
Spybot Search and Destroy in Safe Mode (after first turning off System Restore)?
Download and install it, update then run it. Delete everything it reports as bad.
Also get SpywareBlaster and install that, update this regularly.
Get yourself a half decent firewall to stop this carp getting on your computer.
A good adblocker is worthwhile getting as well...
