Hi lukose_m,
that you need is to install a blocker to your browser for the ads.
A good add-on for Internet Explorer is IE7pro 2.2.0.1 and you can find it here:

Also it have a lot of features and tweaks to make your IE friendlier, more useful, secure and customizable.
